Booking fees are non-refundable except where orders cannot be fulfilled by us.

3ft Printed Balloon

These are supplied on the understanding that it is in conjunction with balloon decoration by ourselves or singly only where no other balloon decoration is carried out whatsoever.

Where supplied singly, if we find that other balloon decoration has been carried out, we reserve the right not to supply the balloon and retain your payment to reimburse our costs.

Other

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure access is available to the venue.

Payment in full is required at least 7 days before the day of the the function.

On very small orders a delivery charge may apply.
